I have been dealing with Priority 1 for many years. I've always had superior service from them. The staff are friendly, kind and speak in layman's terms to clients who are not technically minded. Recently I had some work done on my computer and it was all done in one day. I recommend Priority 1 for your computer needs.

Priority 1 Computer Repair Victoria
After searching around Victoria and visiting various Apple Repair places I sifted through many reviews and settled on Priority 1 and I am so happy I did. I had bought a new computer and took the old, along with the new, in to have everything transferred over. Terry was very professional and the job was done quickly. I do not hesitate to recommend Priority 1. It will be the only Apple Service Provider I use in Victoria.

Priority 1 deserves a 5 star rating from me because Terry responded very quickly to investigate and clean up my laptop online. He then also went above and beyond my plan parameters by providing gratuitous shop time to verify that my backup external hard drive was failing and provide documentation to assist me in exercising the drive's warranty.

I don't often post reviews, but Richard at Priority 1 really went above and beyond for me yesterday. I brought him my 10 year old desktop (which P1 built for me in 2012), with a fan that had started spinning up more and more frequently throughout the day. Within 20 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, removed the defective fan and swapped it for a new" one from a dead PC in the back. And to top it all off

Richard was an amazing help with my laptop! It couldn't scan for WIFI networks and for some reason (not sure why) the bluetooth driver was no longer showing up. He took a look and was able to update the drivers for me (I tried myself but hard to do without being connected to the internet). Can't recommend this place enough!
